What sets BbySophiaCamille apart is my commitment to a truly handmade process. Every single piece of jewelry is crafted by me, ensuring a personal touch and exceptional attention to detail that mass-produced items simply cannot replicate.
From concept to creation
My creative journey begins with an idea, often inspired by art and nature. Once an idea takes root, the process unfolds with careful selection of materials. I source high-quality 14k gold-plated beads, chosen for their luster and durability. The crafting process involves stringing these beads onto white elastic, followed by tying and clamping to secure each bracelet.
Bracelets at Birches is a community service project I started to bring residents, peers, and families together through the simple act of making bracelets. Every month, I organize and lead workshops where students, parents, and residents at the retirement home work together to create. At its core, this initiative focuses on connection. We use something as simple as beads and thread to bring different generations together and build relationships that might not have developed otherwise.
